School Aims
Whilst providing our students with excellent training, we endeavour to make it a fun and happy environment, encouraging each pupil to achieve their own personal goals.

Shows
These are held bi-annually at a professional theatre and every child is invited to take part. Our shows are extremely professional (click here to see some photos) and they give everyone the opportunity to be in the 'limelight'.

Dance Competitions
Each summer we compete. Children who show potential in their classes will be invited to take part.

Summer Dance Camp
Five days of fun, learning all aspects of the theatre. Not to be missed!!!

Exams
All pupils are prepared for exams of the I.D.T.A. (International Dance Teachers Association) and having achieved the required standard, will be entered for the appropriate exam.

Associates
Students showing potential will be encouraged to audition for associate courses of highly acclaimed dance & theatre colleges. We have many students, past and present, who have been/are associates at Northern Ballet, Yorkshire Ballet Scholarships Centre, Chantry School of Contemporary and Balletic Arts, London Studio Centre, Urdang Academy, SLP Leeds and Royal Ballet School. We do our upmost to prepare our dancers for the 'big wide world'.

Graduate Course
For those students who have a passion for dance & theatre and wish to take a more intensive course of study, a must for the future dancer.
